Process introduction
Powder raw materials such as soda ash, Glauber’s salt, zeolite, pentasodium and other small bags (25-50Kg) or ton bags enter the factory, and the raw materials are sent to the raw material warehouse platform by the elevator, and then manually unpacked and put into their respective raw material warehouses. The raw material warehouse is equipped with a weighing device. According to the formula and the setting of the control program, the weight is automatically reduced and measured, and it is automatically sent to the mixer through the corresponding conveying equipment according to the set program.
Liquid raw materials such as essence, non-ionic, LABSA, etc. are loaded into the factory in barrels, and the liquid materials are sent to their respective liquid tanks by the barrel pump, and then automatically metered by their own metering pumps, and automatically transported to the mixing tank according to the sequence set by the program. Atomized in the device, the atomized liquid droplets are mixed and reacted with the powder raw materials while stirring, and the powder and liquid are mixed evenly according to the set mixing time.
