Soda ash and quartz sand are the main raw materials for the production of soda ash (solid) by dry method. The process is batching, firing and dissolving.
Weigh the quartz sand and soda ash according to the proportion of the formula, and automatically put them into the furnace for reaction through the conveying device. After the material is put into the furnace, a chemical reaction occurs at a high temperature of 1350-1450°C, and the molten sodium silicate forms glass-like solid particles of sodium silicate after air-cooling or water-cooling. The finished products are sent to the warehouse, or stacked or cooled to normal temperature for packaging and sale. The reverberatory furnace is designed with a regenerative preheater, and the flue gas discharged at 1200 °C at the tail can preheat the air and gas to 1100 °C and 900 °C respectively, and the exhaust gas temperature drops below 180 °C. In order to save energy and reduce consumption.
