Special incinerator for heating of rock wool production line

Features:

1. A dedicated incinerator can simultaneously supply 500°C high-temperature combustion-supporting air to the cupola and 600°C high-temperature hot air to the curing furnace;

2. The incinerator uses cupola tail gas with a calorific value of 300kcal/m³ as the main fuel, and natural gas is only used as the starting fuel; compared with the rock wool production line that uses natural gas for heating in the curing furnace, the annual fuel cost is saved by more than 2 million.

3. The incinerator operates stably, and the temperature fluctuation range can be stabilized to ±5°C;

4. Cooperating with the cupola tail gas dust collector system specially developed by our company, it can ensure that the heat exchanger of the incinerator does not need to clean the flue gas side of the heat exchanger for a quarter.
