The heat exchange hot blast stove is mainly composed of MBL burner, high temperature gas purification chamber, heat exchanger, auxiliary equipment and control. The countercurrent gas phase heat exchange is adopted, the high temperature flue gas is outside the heat exchanger tube, and the air is inside the tube. After the heat exchange, the flue gas is partially reused and partially discharged by the flue gas induced draft fan, and the normal temperature air is sent into the heat exchanger through the blower. The burner adopts the chain grate type, and the combustion is stable and complete. A high-temperature dust removal and purification device is installed in front of the heat exchanger to control the dust content entering the heat exchanger and reduce dust accumulation and wear of the heat exchanger. The fuel can be coal and biomass fuel. The heat supply is 25-20 million kcal/hour. The heating temperature range is 50℃~600℃.
Technical characteristics:
