Technical characteristics:
(1) The hot blast stove is composed of a burner, a furnace and a gas phase heat exchanger. The high-temperature hot air generated by fuel combustion exchanges heat with the high-clean air to obtain high-clean hot air;
(2) The space is small, and the volume is less than 1/2 of the traditional hot blast stove;
(3) Light weight, the weight is only 1/3-1/4 of the traditional hot stove. The total amount of steel used is small and the cost is low;
(4) High temperature resistance, which greatly increases the upper limit of the temperature of the heated clean air, up to 800°C;
(5) High thermal efficiency: the thermal efficiency can reach more than 95% (energy saving is not only reflected in the exhaust gas temperature, but also reflected in the flue gas volume);
(6) The special anti-expansion treatment design is adopted inside to effectively solve the problem of thermal expansion. Scope of application: Material drying requires high clean hot air without any dust, such as food, medicine, resin products, etc.
