Air Drying Line

The drying line is composed of a wet material feeding system, a hot air generating system, a drying system, a material-gas separation system, and a sieve cooling system. After the wet material is dispersed, it merges with the clean hot air generated by the hot blast stove, and a strong mass transfer and heat transfer process occurs in the pulse air dryer, and the material is quickly dried. After the dry materials are sieved, lifted by air and cooled rapidly, they enter the finished product warehouse for storage and packaging. The exhaust gas is dedusted by the dust collector, and the emission reaches the standard.
